Dear Dr. He. If the homeowner transferred property ownership to Irrevocable Trust, but the property still has mortgage and HELOC. A year later he/she filed bankruptcy. How can the note’s owner (Creditors of Mortgage and HELOC) file foreclosure on the property? Thanks.
