We offer refunds for services provided by us. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.
When you enroll in an online course, you will receive email or WeChat instructions for logging onto our website (www.ourrea.com) and any other partner websites, applications, or interactive properties (the “Website(s)”) so that you may access course modules, which include videos, and other written materials, depending on what is specified in the course description. On the course start date, Week 1 of the course module will become available to you when you log into your account on our Website(s).
For courses that include a WeChat group component, the instructor and/or the director of the school will add you to the course WeChat group. The creation of these groups occurs within a few days of the start of the course. If you have not received any communication about being added to your course WeChat group, please contact us by email at [email protected].
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Currency is converted through our secure online payment system.
