在Deed of Trust-Title states, trustee 多数情况下就是指Title companies 了，也就是说，这种情况下，Property title 应该是在title company, 对吗？ 但是，title 又应该与相关的property 在同一个county, 也即这个title 公司应该在当地同一个county内，对吧？ 同时county 的public Recorder office 会根据每次property 的买卖Registrar Titles as public records.

County registered title 后,这个title 是否就从title company转移到了county 内？谁知道？
